O R D E R

% 12.02.2018 1.

The limited grievance raised by Mr.M.K.Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner in the present case is that the Tribunal has actually heard arguments in OA No. 1695/2017 filed by the petitioner and orders were reserved on 18.01.2018. He states that when the order was pronounced on 22.01.2018, it transpired that the main application has been posted for arguments on 28.03.2018 and the said order has been described on the first page as an 'order on the interim relief'.

2.

Learned counsel for the respondents confirms on instructions that final arguments were addressed on the main petition before the Tribunal on 18.01.2018 and not just on the interim application. W.P.(C) 1304/2018

3.

The present petition is disposed of, along with pending applications, with liberty granted to the petitioner to first approach the Tribunal for seeking necessary corrections/clarifications in respect of the impugned order, on the grounds recorded herein above.
