The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner for quashing FIR No.126/2021 dated 23.03.2021, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi for offences punishable under Sections 323/341 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act. 2.
It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Parties that the Parties have settled the dispute amicably.

Today, the Parties are present in Court. The Respondent No.2 is himself an Advocate. The Petitioners have been identified by their Counsel and the Investigating Officer. The Respondent No.2/complainant has been identified by his Counsel and the Investigating Officer. Considering the fact that the Parties have amicably settled their disputes and the present case is squarely covered under the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Gian Singh v. State of Punjab, (2012) 10 SCC 303, this Court is inclined to quash the present FIR on the ground of settlement. Resultantly, the FIR No.126/2021 dated 23.03.2021, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi for offences punishable under Sections 323/341 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms, along with pending application(s), if any.
