The present application is filed for extension of interim bail granted by this Court, by order dated 26.06.2024, in FIR No. 205/2023 dated 22.08.2023, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, for offences under Sections 20/22/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). 4.

The verification report from the concerned hospital indicates that the applicant would require some time to recover. 5.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant is extended for a period of one month from today subject to the same terms and conditions as imposed by order dated 26.06.2024.
