The Applicant is one of the accused in FIR No. 257/2023 dated 31st July, 2023, registered under Sections 323, 326, 341 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18601 at P.S. Delhi Cantt., Delhi. Since there are other coaccused, the State had objected that partial quashing on the basis of settlement is not permissible in the present case. This Court, in order dated 1 "IPC"

15th May, 2024, expressly observed that it was not inclined to quash the FIR on the basis of a partial settlement.
