% 05.03.2018 Although various prayers have been made in this petition, but at the hearing learned counsel for petitioner confines to a mandamus to respondents to decide petitioner's Representation of 6th June, 2016 (Annexure-K). Learned counsel for petitioner submits that when no response was received to the aforesaid Representation, a Legal Notice (Annexure-L) was sent to respondent-BSES on 27th October, 2016, but there is no response to it.
In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition while leaving the question of delay and laches open and with direction to respondent-BSES to treat the Legal Notice (Annexure-L) as a Representation and to pass a speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks from today and the fate of the Legal W.P.(C) 1990/2018
Notice/Representation be conveyed to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law.
