% 19.01.2024 The petitioner is present in person in the Court and has been identified by the IO and in acknowledgment, he has also handed over his gate-pass. He states that he has preferred present petitions for transfer of the proceedings pending before the concerned Magistrate arising out of FIR No. 07/2022 and 08/2022, both registered at PS Mundka. He states that the cases are no longer pending before the said Magistrate and are now listed before another Court, and thus his prayer is satisfied.

He further states that in so far as FIR No. 08/2022, where he is the complainant is concerned, he has already preferred a Revision Petition being No. 206/2023, which is pending before the concerned Sessions Court, Tis Hazari Courts, West District, Delhi and prays the proceedings in same be directed to be expedited. The concerned Court shall make an endeavour to take up and dispose of the said revision petition at earliest. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
