The instant application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking clarification/modification of the order dated 19th July, 2024. 2.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/applicant and perused the paragraph 17 of the order dated 19th July, 2024. 3.

For the sufficient cause being shown in the application, the same is allowed and the paragraph 17 of the order dated 19th July, 2024 stands modified/clarified.

Accordingly, paragraph 17 of the order dated 19th July, 2024 shall henceforth be read as under:

"Upon perusal of the material on record, it is made out that the FDR of Rs. 15,42,000/- as directed by the learned Tribunal is intended for the benefit of the petitioner, and it is not in dispute that the premature release of money does not create prejudice to either party."
