% 06.02.2017 Petitioner has prayed for quashing for FIR No. 890/2015 under Sections 135/138 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Sarita Vihar. It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no.2 (complainant), inasmuch as, settled amount has been paid. Counsel for the respondent no.2 admits that matter has been settled and settled amount has been received by the respondent no.2. He further submits that respondent no. 2 has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.
Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 890/2015 under Sections 135/138 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at
police station Sarita Vihar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefreom are quashed.
