Heard the petitioner who appears in person, and the learned counsel forGovernment of NCT of Delhi ('GNCTD').

Having regard to the nature of issue raised in this Writ Petition, we permit the petitioner to make a representation to the appropriate authority in the concerned department of GNCTD, raising the grievances and taking all the pleas which may be available to him under law;the said representation be made within a fortnight from today.

Once any such representation is made, the same shall be considered, and the grievances raised therein shall be addressed by the appropriate authority of theGNCTD by taking an informed decision within three months from the datesuch representation is made by the petitioner. 4.

The decision so taken, shall also be communicated to petitioner. 5.
