This petition has been filed by the complainant under Section 138 proceedings challenging the impugned order dated 28th May 2019 passed by the ASJ, Central District, Tis Hazari, Delhi which reduced the sentence granted by the Metropolitan Magistrate for one-year simple imprisonment and compensation of Rs. 4 lacs which is deposited in the Trial Court and the sentence was accordingly honoured.

This petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction that the amount deposited in the Trial Court along with interest, if any, be released to the petitioner within a period of one month.
