Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the disputes have been resolved by way of settlement agreement dated 16.01.2024. The clauses of the settlement agreement be read as a part of the present order. The same is taken on record as Ex.P1. 2.

The parties are bound by the terms of settlement. 3.

The authority letter issued of the respondent Bal Bharti Public School authorizing Mr. Ashok Garg be placed on record and be treated as part of Ex.P1.
