PETITION UNDER SECTION 482 OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE BEING FILED FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER SEEKING QUASHING OF THE FIRST INFORMATION REPORT BEARING NUMBER 197/2010, REGISTERED AT POLICE STATION LP ESTATE, LODGED UNDER SECTIONS 420/471/468 INDIAN PENAL CODE AND ANY OTHER PROCEEDING/PROCEEDINGS EMANATING .OUT OF THE SAME MAY KINDLY BE ALLOWED ON ANY CONDITION WHICH THIS HON'BLE COURT DEEMS NECESSARY WHILE CONSIDERING THE GROUNDS MENTIONED ABOVE."
