After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all the grounds urged herein before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. 2.

It is noted that the matter has already reached the stage of defence evidence. In view of the above, leave and liberty as prayed for are granted. The Petitioner shall be free to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. The pending application(s) are also disposed of.
