This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 0449/2020 registered at PS Jaitpur, Delhi under Sections 323/452/34 IPC, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties on 05th February, 2024. 2.

Complainant states that they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR as they have resolved their issues with the accused who are their relatives and neighbours.

Petitioner no.1-4 and respondent no. 2 are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and the respective counsels. 4.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 0449/2020 under Sections 323/452/34 IPC registered at PS Jaitpur, Delhi, and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
