Counsels for the parties inform that matter has been settled vide settlement agreement dated 28th February 2025, arrived at with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre ('DHCMCC'). The said agreement is on record of this Court. 2.

Plaintiff no.1 and 3 and defendant no.1 are present before the Court along with their respective counsels. Plaintiff no.2 is based in the U.K. and has executed an SPA, in favour of plaintiff no.1, which has been noted in the settlement agreement.

The settlement agreement has been signed by the concerned parties and counter signed by their respective counsels. 4.

Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds the same to be lawful and acceptable.

Counsel for plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the present suit in light of settlement arrived at, between the parties. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.

The parties shall be bound of terms of settlement. 8.

Counsels for the parties and the parties themselves want to express their appreciation for the efforts undertaken by Ms. Veena Ralli, Advocate and Mediator, to bring the parties to reconciliation. This Court also expresses its appreciation for her efforts.

The suit stands disposed of along with pending applications, if any. 10.

Date of 12th March 2025, fixed earlier, stands cancelled. 11.
