% 16.10.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the entire dispute between the parties has already been settled vide Settlement Agreements dated 29th May, 2024. He submitted that the instant petition may be withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Agreements dated 29th May, 2024 as nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant matter. He further submitted that the said settlements agreements have been on record. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has not contradicted the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners.
