% 23.03.2018 It is the submission of the counsel for the petitioner in which the counsel for the respondent, who has appeared on his own, on advance notice, joins that the parties have amicably settled the dispute where-under the respondent has agreed to allow the petitioner to remain in occupation till 20.04.2020, a formal memorandum of understanding having been executed.
The counsel submits that parties would approach the court which passed the eviction order to place on its record the copy of the memorandum of understanding and that this petition is not pressed The petition and the applications filed therewith stand disposed of as not pressed.
