Pursuant to the last order, the learned counsel for respondent has obtained instructions and hands over a cheque for a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- (bearing no. 442042 dated 26.02.2024 drawn on Canara Bank) to the appellant.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant who is present in Court, submits that this amount is acceptable to her in lieu of all her claims against the respondent. 3.

agreed amount to the appellant, the appeal is disposed of by making it clear that neither the impugned order dated 14.07.2022 nor the impugned award dated 09.06.2003 will henceforth be enforceable. This will, however, not preclude the appellant from seeking release of any amount that may have already been deposited in the account of the appellant's provident fund with the Provident Fund Authorities. It is, however, made clear that this order has been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case.
