Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 167/2019, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS: Hauz Khas and proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondent No. 2 (wife) has declined to honor the settlement arrived between the parties, for purpose of quashing of FIR.
