Counsel for the defendant states that defendant has no objection to the suit being decreed with respect to injunctions as prayed. The injunctions as prayed for in the prayer clause of the plaint read as under:- " a) Permanently restrain the defendant by passing a decree of permanent injunction by restraining the defendants, its' partners, shareholders, owners, proprietors, workers and employees and agents and servants from using the domain name "nrbearings.com" or any other similar name like "NRB" or "NRB Bearing" or these words in any combination.

b) Permanently restrain the defendant by passing a decree of permanent injunction by restraining the defendants, its' partners, shareholders, owners, proprietors, workers and employees and agents and servants from passing of their goods as that of the plaintiff and by restraining them from in any way using the trade name "NRB Bearings" deceptively or confusingly or in any other similar fashion in any mode whether electronic, print, advertisement, label, any type of affixation; CS(OS) No.480/2010

c) Permanently restrain the defendant by passing a decree of permanent injunction by restraining the defendants, its' partners, shareholders, owners, proprietors, workers and employees and agents and servants from infringing the trademarks of the plaintiff in the classes as mentioned hereinabove and the trademark certificates of the plaintiff."

Accordingly, the suit will stand disposed of by decreeing the suit in terms of prayers (a) to (c) of the plaint. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
