The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") to carry out requisite action against the unauthorized construction existing in property bearing house no. J77-78, Gali no. 26B, Swatantra Nagar, Narela, Delhi110040. 2.

Responding to the present petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1/MCD submits that a Demolition Order against the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question, has already W.P.(C) 9449/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. been passed and that an appropriate action is now fixed on 16th July, 2025.

Accordingly, MCD is held bound to take requisite action against the unauthorized construction in the property in question after following due process of law.

It is directed that as and when police force is required by the MCD for taking requisite action against the existing unauthorized construction, the same shall be provided by the Station House Officer ("SHO") of the local police.

The status of any action taken by MCD, shall be duly reflected on the website of the Special Task Force ("STF").

However, the right of respondent no. 5, i.e., owner/occupier of the property in question is reserved. In case, respondent no. 5, i.e., owner/ occupier of the property in question, is aggrieved by any action by any authority, including, MCD, he shall have right to seek his remedies, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
