The present petition has been filed, invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking direction to respondent no. 2 & 3 to provide adequate security and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. protection to the petitioners from respondent nos. 4 to 8. 4.

Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits that the mobile numbers of the SHO and the Beat Constable have been provided to the petitioners, and in case of any emergency, the petitioners may contact them directly. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is satisfied with the said arrangement and does not wish to press the present petition any further. He, accordingly, prays that the present petition be disposed of.

In light of the above submissions, the petitioners shall be at liberty to contact the concerned SHO/Beat Constable in case of any emergency.

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 8.
