% 02.11.2016 C.M. Appl. 36791/2016 The appellant is seeking permission to deposit the balance award amount with the Registrar General of this Court. Since the appeal has been dismissed on 07th April, 2016, the balance award amount be paid directly to respondent No.1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the cheque has been prepared in the name of Registrar General of this Court. The appellant shall cancel the said cheque and issue a fresh cheque with upto date interest in the name of respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondent No.1 shall remain present with the proof of identity whenever the cheque for payment is ready with the appellant's counsel. Application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
