O R D E R

% 25.11.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that parties have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 4th July, 2016.

Photocopy of the proceedings of the Mediation Centre, Dwarka containing terms of the settlement has been produced. It is further submitted that out of the settled amount `37.25 lacs has already been paid to the petitioner by the respondent.

Father of the petitioner is present in Court and admits the above fact. Photocopy of the mediation proceedings also shows that father of the petitioner is also signatory to the Mediation proceedings along with his daughter, i.e., petitioner.

Petitioner is disposed of as settled.
