Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order on charge dated 06.04.2024, passed by the learned ASJ, South District, Saket Courts, in SC No.456/2019, framing charges against the Petitioner for offences under Sections 363/366/34/376D/323/34/506 Part-II/34, 506 Part-I IPC and Section 6 read with Section 5(g) and 14 of the POCSO Act. 2.
