In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the learned Court of Magistrate. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
