By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks pre-mature release in FIR No. 835/2006, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, for offences under Sections 364/302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that the petitioner's case has been put up for consideration in the next meeting to be convened by the Sentence Review Board.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition afresh in case any grievance remains in future.
