The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under :- "(i) Pass appropriate orders and issue appropriate and suitable directions to the investigating officer/ prosecution agency (a) to preserve and seize the CCTV footage from the resident/co-operative society of the petitioner from 31.08.2019 till 01.09.2019;

(b) to preserve and seize the CCTV footage of the outside office of the complainant from 31.08.2019 till 01.09.2019;

(c) to procure, preserve and seize the CDR's of the

Mobile number of the complainant as well as of Mobile No.9717032956 from 23.09.2019 to 03.10.2019, in the interest of justice;

The learned counsel appearing for the State states, on instructions of the Additional SHO of P.S. Karol Bagh and the Investigating Officer who are present in Court, that apprehensions expressed by the petitioner are unfounded and the investigating officer as well as the concerned authorities will take all necessary steps to preserve the CCTV footage as well as the CDRs of the concerned mobile numbers as prayed for by the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
