Settlement Agreement dated 28.03.2024 is the subject matter of this execution petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the judgement debtor, on instructions, submits that there is no difficulty in complying with the same, and some of the obligations under the settlement have already been discharged.

To this, learned counsel for the decree holder submits that he be granted liberty to approach this Court, in case, the judgement debtor does not abide by the statement made hereinabove.
