This writ petition was filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking investigation in the matter. 2.

During the pendency of this petition, charge sheet dated 18.04.2023 has been filed in which the name of the Petitioner also figures and Section 174A IPC and Section 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 have been invoked.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law before the Trial Court. 4.

Petition along with pending application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
