3. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non compliance by the respondent of order dated 19.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 9169/2023.

4. Though no reply to the contempt petition has been filed, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submits that in pursuance to the order dated 19.07.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 9169/2023, the petitioners will be permitted to continue in service during the pendency of the writ petition. Furthermore, the respondent will ensure that five seats under the ongoing recruitment process are kept reserved for the petitioners till the disposal of the aforesaid writ petition.
