Ms. Neha Singh, learned Counsel for the appellant, appears and submits that the appellant is not responding to efforts made by her to contact the appellant. Accordingly, she seeks leave to withdraw Vakalatnama.

Issue Court notice without process fee to the appellant, returnable on 12th January 2023."

The Registry reports that Court Notice was served to the appellant thereafter. However, the appellant has not entered appearance on the last four dates of hearing, and remains unrepresented even today. 3.

In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
