By this application, the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition in view of a settlement arrived with Respondent No. 2. The terms of settlement have been recorded in a Memorandum of Settlement dated 25th February, 2026, a copy whereof is annexed with the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of. The documents annexed therewith are taken on record. W.P.(C) 9458/2025 3.

In view of the foregoing, it is apparent that the parties have arrived at a settlement as recorded in the Memorandum of Settlement. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in terms of the said settlement, the Petitioner has received a sum of ₹27,00,000/- from Respondent No. 2 towards full and final settlement of all her service-related claims, including salary arrears, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. gratuity, leave encashment and all other dues. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 also confirms the factum of the settlement. 4.

In light of the above, since the Petitioner's dues stand settled, she does not wish to pursue the present proceedings and seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

Parties shall remain bound by the Memorandum of Settlement dated 25th February, 2026.
