An Arbitrator has been appointed in the connected arbitration petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act") being ARB.P. 1298/2025 vide order dated 28.10.2025. Hence, the present petition shall be treated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act and shall be adjudicated by the learned Arbitrator so appointed in accordance with the law expeditiously. 2.

The Court has not examined the merits of the matter and the Arbitrator shall be free to decide the present petition as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act in accordance with law. 3.
