This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of CPC, 1908seeking to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 03.11.2025 along with supporting affidavit.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 3.

Ms. Bhargava, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that the matter has been settled. 4.

The respondent is at liberty to withdraw the bank guarantee bearing No. OGT0004220063988 (in terms of prayer c) dated 30.03.2022 and valid till 31.12.2025.

Settlement Agreement dated 03.11.2025 is taken on record. 6.
