By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 the petitioner seeks setting aside of the orders/ findings/ decisions dated 08.12.2023, 15.03.2024 and 06.08.2024 issued by the respondent no.2 and 4 in relation to Indian Patent Application no.202017023394.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, since, inadvertently the Department of Atomic Energy's (DAE) letter dated 08.12.2023 issued by the respondent no. 2 has not been filed and certain averments, have been missed out. 3.
