The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 22.07.2022 passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in CC No.12154/2018, pursuant to which the respondent was acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ('NI Act') 2.

The matter requires consideration.
