Learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 accepts notice. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.3 along with two minor children namely petitioners no.1 and 2 are residing in their matrimonial home namely property no.221, Pocket 3, Sector-19, Akshardhaam Apartment, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks restoration of the electricity connection. 4.
Learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the electricity connection has been surrendered by the registered consumer namely respondent no.4 and therefore, the same cannot be restored. Learned standing counsel, however, fairly, submits that a fresh electricity connection can be sanctioned to petitioner no.3 upon order being passed by this Court. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner makes an oral prayer for a new
electricity connection.

The oral prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed and respondent no.1 is directed to sanction a new electricity connection to the petitioner on the following conditions:
(i) Petitioner no.3 shall submit a fresh application for electricity connection in her name to respondent no.1 who shall process the same without insisting on the NOC from respondents no.3 and 4. (ii) Petitioner no.3 shall deposit advance two months average monthly consumption charges on the basis of the past average consumption pattern as per the calculation done by respondent no.1.
(iii) Petition no.3 shall continue to regularly pay consumption charges. The security amount shall not be adjusted against the current dues. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the new electricity connection be activated within two days as petitioner no.1 is preparing for her examination.

Learned standing counsel for respondent no.1 submits that expeditious action shall be taken immediately upon submitting the application form and fulfilling all the formalities by petitioner no.3. 9.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. The pending application is also disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
