This application under Order XXIII Rule 1(3) read with Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the present civil revision petition. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the reasons assigned in the application, the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further. It is requested that the petition may be allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn simpliciter. 3.

However, since much time of the Court has been taken in considering the present civil revision petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn without liberty to file afresh, with the direction to the petitioner/applicant to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.
