Counsel for the plaintiffs submits that the present suit may be disposed of on the basis of the statement made on behalf of the defendant, which was recorded in the order passed on 21st October 2019, that the defendant is not manufacturing the product, namely, Amoxicillin Trihydrtae on the basis of the Suit Patent IN 319914.

Mr. Nalin Kohli, counsel appearing on behalf of the defendant, submits that the defendant stands by the aforesaid statement and has no objection if the present suit is disposed of on the basis of this statement. 3.

Binding the defendant with the aforesaid statement, the present suit stands disposed of.
