CM 12462/2018 (u/S 153 r/w. Section 151 CPC) Heard. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that no "additional document" or "additional material" had been submitted with the application under Order VIII Rule 8 CPC as is observed in paras 4 and 5 of the order dated 19.02.2018 is noted for record.
It may be added that a perusal of the copy of the said application under Order VIII Rule 8 CPC which also invoked Section 151 CPC, Rules 7 and 23 of the Delhi Rent Control Rules, 1959 and CM(M) 193/2018
Section 92 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 shows the objective of the applicant by moving such an application was to bring on record a new ground of defence with reference to the minutes of the meeting of the respondent trust held on 17.06.2015, copy whereof is stated to have been earlier submitted on record by the said respondent. No further directions are required on the application. It is disposed of.
