% 16.08.2018 C.M. 26276/2018 (u/S 151 CPC) The typographical correction in the Judgment of 3rd May, 2018 is to seek substitution of name of the bank. The application is allowed as prayed for, while modifying paragraph No.13 of Judgment of 3rd May, 2018 to the effect that all the original fixed deposit receipts shall be retained by Oriental Bank of Commerce, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. To the aforesaid extent, Judgment of 3rd May, 2018 is modified. The application is disposed of.
