Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition in view of his earlier Writ Petition (Crl.) 1451/2025 which had been disposed of by the Coordinate Bench with the directions to DMC to dispose of the Complaint dated 31.12.2024, within eight weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that no action has been taken by DMC but he would be moving an appropriate Application in the earlier Writ Petition.

In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
