The petitioner has approached this Court, under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], in respect of three different sets of agreements between it, the Railway authorities and the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. The agreements relate to catering services in four different trains. 2.

In view of the specific jurisdiction clauses contained in the agreements, Mr. Jitender Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court(s) for the same relief.
