Mr.Amol Sinha, learned ASC for the State submitted that the investigation is being conducted under the concerned DCP in accordance with the law. It is submitted that if the complainant has any information or suspicion, he may contact the Investigation Officer, and the Investigation Officer shall fully cooperate with the complainant. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the investigation of the case may be transferred to the Crime Branch. 3.

At this juncture, learned ASC for the State submitted that though the investigation is being conducted in an expedient manner by the concerned DCP, however, for the purpose of inspiring the faith of the complainant, the investigation may be transferred to the Crime Branch. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the investigation of case FIR No. 0593/2022 is transferred to the Crime Branch. The Special CP, Crime Branch is directed to depute a responsible officer, not below the rank of ACP to conduct the investigation in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
