% 25.04.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed that respondent no. 1 be directed to extend the facility of concessional bus pass to the students of B.A.LL.B. course offered by Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology affiliated with the respondent no. 2 University, in terms of the letter dated 28th July, 2015 and 16th September, 2015 issued by the respondent no. 2 University to the respondent no. 1 corporation.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that bus concessional pass will be issued to the petitioner and similarly situated persons, who are bonafide students of B.A.LL.B. course offered by Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology as and when they apply for bus passes. Accordingly, it is ordered that on receipt of such applications same be processed by the respondent no. 1 within two weeks from the date of filing of the applications and passes be issued accordingly.
