This petition is filed for quashing of demolition action undertaken by the respondent on the plots of land of Khasra No.17/13, Village Nangli Sakrawati, New Delhi.

The petition is pending since 2018 and the interim protection is in favour of the petitioner.

There is nothing on record that any demolition action was being taken by the respondent and the issue of title of the land in question is yet to be decided.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent in the eventuality of the respondent initiating proceedings for demolition or dispossessing the petitioner, at least 15 days clear notice shall be given to the petitioners to enable them to file response and to prima facie establish their title on the land.
