It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that most of the witnesses have been examined. He, therefore, states that that he does not wish to press the present petition at this juncture and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the instant petition before the Competent Court at an appropriate stage for alteration of charge. 3.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.
