The Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the Notice/Deficiency Memo dated 27.06.2023 issued by the Sub-Registrar-I with regard to registering a Sale Deed in respect of the Property bearing No.10413, Pvt. No.10413-1/3B, Baghichi Peerji, Ram Bagh Road, Delhi110007. 2.

It is the case of the Petitioners that on the date when the Deficiency Memo was issued, there was no case pending in respect of the aforesaid property.

Counter affidavit and rejoinder have been filed. A perusal of the material on record discloses that a family dispute was there between the parties which was resolved way back in September, 2023 and pursuant to that no case is pending in respect of the aforesaid property. In view of the above, the Deficiency Memo dated 27.06.2023 pointing out the deficiencies does not survive. The Sub-Registrar-I is, therefore, directed to proceed further with the registration of Sale Deed in accordance with law.
