The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for transferring the investigation of case FIR No.439/2015 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC, PS Badar Pur to Crime Branch or to some other independent agency.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for having become infructuous.
